I want it to go on freewebs, and I can't deal with the PHP stuff, can't I just use HTML?
I've used UploadThingy, but my trial ran out, but that was perfect for me. Where can I get the same thing, but have it upload to my email address?
Where can I get a file uploading form that I can put on my website and let people upload images to my email?
You can't upload with HTML - HTML runs in the browser - uploading happens on the server. (And HTML is content, not programming, which is what uploading needs.)
