My myspace only let's people who know my email address add me, no last name option is there. How do I fix it?

It's really annoying me, because I don't like to give out my email address but I also add everyone who requests. Please help (:

If you're under a certain age, I think the e-mail thing is mandatory for your own protection. If you're over 16, check Account settings for a box to uncheck "Require e-mail address for friend request" or something like that.
Reply:The Email/Last name query is triggered by age. It will default to that request whenever someone adds you if you are a minor. I recomend changing your age, and seeing if that fixes it. There might be a way to deactivate the email adress/last name query through account settings, but i have yet to find it.
