i need to send a message to everyone about where will meet for a group meeting tommorow. i was wondering where i would be the e-mail adresses.
How to email the same message to several people?
Enter all the addresses on the TO line, separated with a comma. The same email will be sent to all whose address is entered correctly.
An easier way is%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;After clicking on compose (or forward), click directly on the word TO and your mailing list (address book) opens.
Put a check in the box by each name you want to send to and THEN click the "insert checked contacts) tab.
The names appear on the address line and the list closes.
