When sending numerous emails to a group of people how do I hide senders email from others?
Use the "BCC" option (blind carbon copy). They will only see their own address and yours as the sender.
Reply:first put all addresses in your send area then click bcc then copy all addresses but one to bcc by pasting it to bcc then go back to send area and delete all except one. then that should work. don't forget if it is a forward to delete all forward addresses inside the email before sending it or your address will appear.
Reply:The first person on the list will be listed in the To: field, and everybody else should be under the BCC: field.
Reply:Put your own e-mail address in the TO: column and use BCC: column for all other e-mail address. Then only your e-mail address will be seen by everyone and no other e-mail address will be exposed.
Reply:You need to use the BCC field. Means blind copy
